You have not started yet that you are already discouraged? Do not panic ! Do not forget any nook, we explain step by step how to clean your kitchen thoroughly.
WE NEED DUST TO CLEAN KITCHEN
We never thought about it. Or rather, we never purposely thought about it. In any case, the top of the cabinet, refrigerator and suspension are real dust nests. Occasionally, we climbed on a stool and we wiped it over with a damp microfiber towel to remove all traces of dust.
We also do not forget the top of credenza, shelves, cookbooks and other stored boxes (eg raclette machine)
And then we aspire! On the joints, behind the home appliances (big and small), both on the floor and on the sides of the cabinets, don’t forget the baseboards and doors!
WE ARE RESOLVING THE WALL IN THE KITCHEN
A tomato sauce or oil splashing onto the walls of the kitchen was found. It dries and becomes more discreet and it’s worse! So on a regular basis we pass a wet sponge to remove all the small stains and stains on the wall to restore the cleanliness of the room.
WE CLEAN CUPBOARDS
Once a month, we polish the inside of the cupboard. Jars, cans, cereal packages or pasta are removed to give them a bit of cleanliness. Obviously we take advantage of the opportunity to throw away all outdated or open cakes and then we clean the debris, oil stains and dirt with a cloth moistened with water or degreasing spray. Lastly, we did not forget the exterior of the cupboard, which we cleaned with a product adapted to the paint (natural wood, acrylic, lacquer …).
WE ARE LIGHTING THE SMALL HOME APPLIANCES
Some equipment is stored at the bottom of the cabinet, in contrast, some are used every day. In the beginning: your coffee maker, kettle and toaster. To clean them without damaging them, we choose a descaling product, formulated without sulfamic acid preferably, and we rub!
WE ATTACK THE BIG APPLIANCES
Oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer … Each of these devices requires regular and specific cleaning. If you’re lucky, some of our equipment can clean itself. In this case, we switch on the pyrolysis function of the oven and turn its empty dishwasher. Otherwise, we roll up our sleeves and go on the attack: we defrost the refrigerator, we sorted in the frozen products, we empty the coffee capsules, we clean the water tray, we completely scoop out the toaster, we clean the joints of robots , etc. We take care to not forget any nook!
WE POLISH CREDENZA AND COUNTERTOP
This is probably the most important area to clean. Because we cook there every day and bacteria accumulate there. Better to clean them daily. A little sponge and hop the kitchen is nickel. Once again, we choose products well adapted to the surface (granite, stainless steel, tiles, wood …) and we rinse well not to leave ugly traces.
And once a month, we go further: we unplug the appliance, we remove the baskets and everything that drag, we tidy and clean well in the corners, under the toaster, etc.
IN THE COOKING AREA (PLATES + HOOD)
Stains of fat or sauces, without regular cleaning, the hotplates are quickly clogged. Whether it’s gas hobs, electric hobs or vitroceramics, it’s all about using the right cleaning products again. In any case, avoid abrasive cleaners and sponges that could scratch or damage the surface. It’s fast and efficient so we equally rub what will allow your devices to stay alive longer!
Finally, do not forget to spray a few pschitt of degreasing spray or multi-purpose on the hood, it will aspire much better and it’s much cleaner!
YOUR SINK IS RADIED
If you want to keep the shine of his sink, it is better to wash it every day. With a little soapy water or some pschitt of multi-purpose spray, the tank is cleaned of water and limescale deposits. If some stains are stubborn, be careful not to damage the coating by using too corrosive products. From time to time, it is against odors that go back with a product suitable for cleaning the pipes.
ON CLEAN THE SOIL
Last step! Once everything is clean, we mop the floor and wait patiently for it to dry to avoid leaving traces.
